That it took until Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase above 300, regaining their record for the biggest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, in truth, a testament to the bowling attack that have represented Australia over the last half-century.

When she was out the team needed 66 additional runs at run per delivery - an achievable target now demanding an easy conclusion.

"To chase 330 is unfamiliar ground so I'm happy we have the assurance to accomplish that now," continued Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it again but, if we do, we are confident we can succeed."

That comment will be the ultimate thing Australia's opponents at this championship need to hear.

Over the past five days a sense they will triumph from any situation has grown stronger - this victory succeeding victory over Pakistan by 107 runs despite struggling at 76-7 at one stage.
